Global Addres List

I am a newbie to Tech Republic and Server 2003/Active Directory and need help ASAP. After server failure and fix, I created “groups” for Outlook. However, the groups do not appear in the users GAL. The server has “updated”.

Please help!! and THANKS!! My apology for low points, but I am new at this. This answer is probably simple, but I have not found it yet.
