Global Address List Update

I have 2 Domain Controllers. The first one is a PDC running Windows 2003 Server. The second one is running Windows 2003 Server with Exchange 2003. Everytime I modify an Exchange mailbox on the server with Exchange 2003, the Global Address List on Outlook at users’ desktop isn’t get updated until the next day.

Where is the update setting? Can I run the update manually?
