Global VPN solution (Corporate)

Anyone have any experience with service or cloud based global VPN solutions?
I’d be interesting in anything that offers:
Client scanning (so scan for AV before allowing a connection)
MFA
Multi Geographic POP
Site to Site
SSL Portal
Azure AD authentication ideally (not critical)
