Gmail and outlook setup

hi!

I have setup my outlook 2007 with IMAP of Gmail.
the fun thing it has been act strangely.
there is this dialog box with a message ” Your IMAP server wants to alert you with the following: Lockdown in sector 4 (failed)”

when i press Ok, another dialog appear with demands password n username n server. when i press ok, it start over until i workoffline.

what this could be?

Another thing have set the email to download a whole document and its attachment. surprising it does not download. it download heading only until u select an e mail one by one.
