gmail into exchange on SBserver2003

good day guys,

i’ve been tryng 4 2 weeks now to set up gmail accounts in Exchange to dowload my user’s e-mails into server and then distribute it to the users computer, i’ve set up all their (21 of them)pop accounts under pop connector and set my smtp to my isp’s smtp but still no luck.

please can sumone assist me in this reard,
