gmail worm or virus the HI or hello or mail delivery, etc..

I have a machine that has some sort of worm or virus or whatever.. www search shows some say it is Gmail issue.. Have run all sorts of worm and virus SW.. still there..ANYONE know what is going on to kill the thing as seems to be spreading big time and Goggle is doing nothing I can find.. NOT sure what it is anymore..but cannot find it using various kinds of SW. So what now? NO ONE seems to know what it is.. could this be warning of issues in future where data on some server and you have no control? Almost acts likes someone hijacked machine.
