Good Alternative to AVG Tuneup Utilities

Hey guys.
I’ve been using Tuneup Utilities for a good few years now to keep my PC’s clean, even before AVG became the vendor. Unfortunately it’s not what it once was. Are there any good alternatives out there you would recommend please? My experience is purchased software is better than some of the free stuff out there. Thank you in advance.
