I was hoping someone might be able to recommend a well-built, reliable, and efficient brand of *external* hard disk drive that is also within a reasonable price range (i.e., less than $300)? In this case I am looking for either USB or parallel connections, USB preferred (slow, I know, but unfortunately my computer does not have SCSI or Firewire.) *The hardware should also be compatible with Red Hat Linux v7.0 because I want to create a separate partition on my PC currently running Windows Me for it.*
