Good Net and File Sec. Audit Software?

Hey,
I’m looking for any good network and file security auditing software packages. Windows 2000 platform, AD compatable.
My boss wants to be able to play big brother with network files, and logons, the whole nine yards.

I’m not looking for some scripts or dinky program that someone found on the internet, I’m looking for a fully supported software package.

Any suggestions are appriciated, but one with personal experiance with the particular product would be great.
