Graphics being stripped out from emails

by eoghan_murtagh . Updated 19 years, 4 months ago

Hello people, I’ve a problem that is preplexing me. Users in a company that I support are receiving emails with the graphics stripped out and are replaced by web-links. I’ve done quite a bit of troubleshooting already and am sure this is happening at domain level. As the clients I’ve tested have different versions of windows, outlook and even have their mailboxes on different DC’s. The mail is being filtered through a Copperfasten box, i.e. a hardware anti-spam filter, and then onto server 2003 sp1 with exchange 6.5. I know that the source of the emails is not the problem as I’ve tested that also. I have another client with a similar set-up and they receieve their mails no problems so I’m sure that I’m just missing a check-box somewhere aong the line. Any help would be gratefully accepted and really appreciated.
Thanks,
Eoghan
