group policies forhoteling workstation

How would you set up the environment to allow all users the ability to log on to a “hoteling” workstation, without giving them access to all of their share drives and citrixfarm applications, yet allowing them a local place to store data, but visable only to that user. In other words, our hoteling workstations will be configured with several different periphials, scanner, digital camera, cd burner. This is soley what the workstation is for, strictly for the need of one of these devices, it isnot intended for a user to sit down and have access to everything they wouldif they were logged in on their own workstation. The problem is we have restricted the desktop and the users have no local my computer..they see a “D” – Data drive instead of C, we want the user to be able to log on to the hoteling pc with their standard AD account, have access to the periphials, the ability to burn data, scan files ect..but again do not want them to have full capablities as if they were at their own workstation. In addition, with several different locations, the possibility that one manager might now want any one from another sight to be able to log into their hoteling workstation, so there may be additional criteria specific to location. We already have a naming convention for the hoteling workstations, thinking of putting them in a seperate OU and possibly doing a loopback..but still there seems to be obsticles for getting the desired results. Can any one throw out suggestions..?
