Group Policy

Hi,

I want to disable the run command by default to existing users & for future users of windows xp so,I have disabled run command & command prompt security features using MMC in run command and adding group policy editor, now i want to copy this group policy mmc to all computers in the network and execute the policy how can i do that can anyone please help me its very urgent. I am not using any server or Active directory and my company doesnt want to invest on that can anyone give me the solution.
