Group Policy

Hello,

I have created two group policies, DisableUSB and EnableUSB and i have created a group EnableUSB in my domain controller. Any computer that does not belong to this group the usb will not work and any computer that belongs to this group the usb will work, but i am having a problem that every time i restart my computer when i plug the usd it doesn’t work, i have to go to device manager and delete the driver where a yellow icon is showing on in and then rescan for new drivers in which it will detect it and usb will work.

Please advise on how to fix this issue.
