Group Policy Changing by it self

Hello,

I am finding on several machines that several group plocies have changed. The following changed that I am aware of:

-Change password button is enabled. (but correctly set in GP) (we have it set to disabled)
-shutdown is disabled so you have to log in to shut the system down
-last user name appears. (we have set to disable)

This is on Domain environment using Linux servers.

Any help would be appreciated, I have been looking at this for a couple weeks and found nothing, everything I find comes out false. Also these do not happen immediately after running updates (WSUS and Windows).
