Group Policy Desktop and Start Menu Issue

Hey all,

I just created a new GP for the users group on a new server my business just bought.

My problem is I dont want roaming profiles and I want to use the desktop setting from the “ALL USERS folder to be the desktop of all the users on any machine they log into.

Can this be done?
