Group Policy in AD

Trying to craete a GP which allows a user to log into Computer 1 with their log in and get 1 set of policies applied, but when they log into Computer 2 with the same log in they get another policy applied. Computer 1 is their regular workstation, and Computer 2 is a terminal server they log in to for a specific application. I have tried putting the TS into a differnet OU but that does not seem to work. I am using GPMC and I appriciate any guidance anyone can provide.
