Group Policy Object NOT UPDATING!

Hello All,

Server: Windows 2003
Clients: Windows XP Professional

I have a GPO that will not update even after preforming the commands “gpupdate /force” and “gpresult”

Whenever i do a “gpupdate /force” it always prompts me to restart the computer.

Please help!; what can I do?
