Groupwise 5.5 problem!?!

We have a groupwise server there all mail accounts works except the abuse mail account who doesnt. As soon you are going to use it it hang the groupwise server, Have I miss some settings or what..
About 11 person has access to abuse mail account.
Running on a 4.11 server
