GroupWise 5.5

OK here goes maybe somone out there is good with Novell GroupWise 5.5 I send an email to a group once a week It is basically the same text except for a few minor changes each week. My problem is I am tired of having to type the email every week with the new changes. Is there any way to actually open an email put in my recipients, and subject and message and be able to save it so all I would have to do every week is open it within groupwise make my few changes within the text and send it? I also want to be able to save it so I can do this every week, like a template?
