Groupwise Async Gateway

I am using a 4.1v2 Async Gateway between two external domains. The mail server on one side is Netware 5.0 and the server on the other side is Netware 4.11. Since upgrading the server from 4.11 to 5.0 I have had NUMEROUS problems. It is currently working (very slowly), with the exception of busy searches. Is anyone out there running this configuration? Also I am interested in knowing if anyone is doing this connection through a null modem connection. This servers actually set side by side. One is a govenment server and they won’t let us connect our network. The async is my only hope of connecting these two email systems. I would very much appreciate any help that can be offered!!!
