GroupWise Error: #062#

We are using GroupWise 5.5.4 and one user keeps getting internet mail returned as undeliverable.

#062# is appended at the end of the email address. I’ve done a search on Novell’s knowledgebase and found 2 TID’s: 10011622 & 2952458 both of which say that the problem has been reported but there seems no fix.

Has anyone seen this problem before….?
