How can I completely remove GroupWise imaging from a workstation? Situation is this: GW imaging is not supported in the Enhancement Pack client which is what we are running. Apparently, it was installed with a previous client version. Now, when these 2 users (one on NT 4.0, one on Win95) receive emails with JPEG attachments (or other pictures), those attachments are automatically associated with GW Imaging and will not open in paintbrush or Internet explorer or anything else. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the GroupWise client several times. I have also run the Groupwise cleaning agent – to no avail. On new pcs with fresh installs of GW, pictures open up with internet explorer no problem. My guess is that I need to somehow remove the GW imaging association and I don’t know how to do that. Any ideas?
