GroupWise small business to Exchange 2003 Migration

Hi guys,

We are in the planning phase of the above mentioned migration. Can anyone give me some pointers as to what the major risks would be in doing this migration.

We have done a trial migration of all the accounts to the server and all went well. Our major concerns are users and their ability to use the system.
