GroupWise WebAccess Install

I have a customer with GroupWise 5.5 installed (inc. GWIA). They are interested in implementing GW WebAccess, I do not have any experience with the WebAccess install. Can anyone give me any advice in terms of prerequisites, things to consider etc (or point me towards any resources on the web)?
