Guide me in Starting a Software Training Institute

Hi, I am planning to start a software training institute.

Technologies that I am planning to offer,

Java
J2EE (JSP + Servlets + EJB)
Oracle (SQL + Pl sql)
Struts , Spring and Hibernate.
Web Sphere , Web Logic , Tomcat , JBoss
Soft Skills (Interviews + Communication etc)

Would like to know best policies that I should follow in the intial stages of operation, Teaching and Practise methods that will help me in starting stages.

Any other inputs like marketing methods , demo methods to attract Students and Job Seekers.
