Gumblar Virus

I have a pc infected with the gumblar virus and Mirar toolbar that cannot be removed. I have searched and not having any luck with removal instructions. Does anyone know how this can be removed? Currently loading Avast which I found one blog stating it’s the only virus protection that detects it. Any input would be helpful.
