guys any software developer here ?

i’ve been using catalyst to make an interactive map but when i noticed that it is only limited to 20 states, i felt sad cuz i had my start to it. if i may ask sirs what software can i use to make a map that has many regions and pictures and buttons that integrates to each other. i am just a noob in making apps. but may i ask if there are any easy softwares that’s up to the job like catalyst….
