GWIA Alert on failed message?

Is there a way to set GWIA to send an alert to either a user or a mailbox if outbound messages fail to transfer? Currently, the only way I find out our outbound mail is not transferred, is if I happen to see the message when I check the GWIA screenin RCONSOLE. We are using GW 5.5 on a NW 5.0 server.
