H.323 over IP

I want to configure Video conferencing over a wan dedicated circit without the delays. Cisco routers provide a great deal of media quality control. I think I want to use Qos Packet Marking. The link is only 256k so it might be worth just purchasing a dedicated circuit just for this. Any suggestions?

This sometimes means a dedicated curcuit.
