Handhelds with Wifi, video and audio?

Are there any handheld devices that combine WiFi connectivity allong with video and audio cappabilities, to be used as communication alternative devices by the employees of our organization? What we’re asking for is a portable system to be used as a video-phone.
What about the software needed?
