Hard drive

I recently reinstalled windows2003 server on a 80gig hard drive.What happened is instead of showing the whole 80gig the machine is seeing 38.8gig. The machine had Windows XP before i installed windows2003. Please help I need to use the whole 80 gig but it can only see the 38.8gig.

Any suggestions please.
