Hard Drive Crashes !!!!

i`ve network of 50 computers but within month 7 hard Drive crashed – is there any tool to discover the cause of problem on network basis-is it any virus? or any application causin this problem? any tool to discover the cause of problem , b4 it happens – all harddrives r less then year old & westren digital.
