Hard Drive Revival

I’m running Win 98 2ed in a compaq, and one of my harddrives just died on me. It was running fine for a month in my computer, up until I restarted my computer last night (it has been shut down before, but not for an entire night). As soon as I powerup my computer that one harddrive starts making sounds like… the directional of a ’89 celeberty station wagon (or a late ’80s chevy), you know the clicking noise your car makes when the turn signal is on; and it is not working. My bios are not reading it, and no windows applications can register it’s presence. Should I make funneral arrangements or can I raise it from the dead?
