Has anyone used ITDVDS.COM for training?

They provide streaming flash videos of different IT topics to prepare for MCSE, Cisco, and HP certification. They have different payment methods, but I was wondering if they are worth the $200 annual membership they charge to access their videos. Is this stuff worthwhile, or have others wasted their money on this?
