Have Never Had An Amin Password

When I want to repair my Win XP OS, I’m asked for an administator password before I can continue. How can I find out what it is? I’ve never seen an administrator password anywhere on the CD. I bought the Win XP OS brand new and installed it myself.
Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
