Have to reset WINS & DNS everyday

We recently replaced our routers which manage the VPN between our two offices. Since this time, I have had to reset WINS and DNS daily in order for our remote location to be able to access our side of the network. We are running XP machines with two different subnets (one at each location). Everything at our main office works fine (including getting access to machines at the remote location). If I put the old routers back in place, I have to reset WINS & DNS once and then everything works fine.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
