Having a ! Next to my WiFi

I’m having so much trouble with having a ! next to my WiFi. I have read on what to do and have tried everything and I’m not able to resolve this matter. It’s driving me crazy!! Please help me. I need to know step by step on the fix. Thank you much ? ☺️
