Having AD problems on w2003 no PDC

we have 3 win 2003 R2 servers at our site 1 is an exchange only server, 1 is an SQL server/ Domain Controller and the other is the Primary Server. I had the Primary server crash a month ago. We repaired him and renamed him and brought him back. All 5 FSMO roles reside on him and the othec says yes he has them. However in ReplMon each server says they are not the PDC and they are not the Time server. This one has me real confused.
