Having some issues with IIS 6

Good morning all!

I’m having a problem redirecting my company’s web-page to our parent company using IIS 6.0.

I am trying to redirect just the web page (www.fctelectronics.com -> fctgroup.com), but leave the https:// on our site for OWA purposes.

I’m pretty computer literate, but IIS is something that I’ve only had a few weeks experience with. Any help would be gladly appreciated! I’ve tried searching for how to fix it, but my google-fu is weak.
