HDD Imaging, users, and applications

I want to start using Ghost in our IT Dept. for deployment. SInce there are a number of people out there that have used ghost, this is what I want to do:
1. Install base OS and patches under admin account
2. Install all network printers and shares.
3. Install all common user applications (ie.. Office )
4. COnfigure all network settings for dial up and lan.

I want to do all of this logged in as admin. Then as the pc is assigned, the SID would be changed and the pc name would be changed.

Then as the user’s got their pc’s all they have to do is log in and all of the printers, aps, and shares would be available to them.

Is this totally possible??
