HDD password (Can’t Enter to BIOS) on Toshiba Laptop

I have a Laptop Toshiba P43154V-IBRS (Dynabook SS 2000 DS 80 P2) from Japan. I don’t know how, but now if I want to using this Laptop, I can’t enter with error “HDD password” ! I remember, I never give it a password. I can’t to enter the BIOS with press F2 too and I have not CD room in my Laptop. I try to give it a password but if I give 3 times (with reason like wrong password), this Laptop Shut Down and I just can retry with press the power ! Some one can help me? Thx !
