Hello, is there a free server-based video chat ?

So,I am making a website and I wanted to have a Productivity section in the website where I could have a service kind of like the voice chat on discord but with video where I could rent out a server that’s always running and it’s constantly running video chat and anyone can join at any time straight from their browser, so any one on the website can access it at any time and talk . does that exist?
