Help accesing internet with laptod internal card

I can’t access the internet with my laptop internal card, I do not have an ISP but I have been able to connect with the wireless networks until just yesterday and now I can’t. Can someone tell me what settings I can check, etc to remedy this problem. Thanks for all your help.
