Help! Cannot Find Database project option in VS 2005

I have installed VS 2005 and SQL SERVER 2005 on my machine .In VS 2005, i installed only VB and C# 2005 along with SQL SERVER EXPRESS. Now When i click on New Project, I am not able to find project option for database. I have also checked checkbox SQL CLR integration in SQL 2005 surface area configuration. When I click on New project option, I get only Windows and starter kits option for Visual C# and other languages . I have even installed SQL SERVER 2005 standard edition in addition to SQL SERVER 2005 EXPRESS that i installed while installing VS 2005.SQL SERVER 2005 was installed after installing VS 2005.Does this create any problem?

Am I missing some thing.How can i get database project option.
