I’m looking for HelpDesk Software for my company. We never have HelpDesk Software before.
We have currently 100 employees. We are running around 10 Windows 2003 server, We have ERP application, We have Lotus Dominos Notes Server, We are HP SHOP, We have Microsfot Office Application, Windows XP, Vista, We have number of other applications, We have VoIp issues, We have Wireless network span on several buildings, We are large manufacturing company. Our IT Helpdesk Staff is limited to 2 people. I have talked to Remedy they said SDE is a best solution but big learning curve. I talked to HelpStar and they are willing to do the jump star, I haven’t talked to Numara Trackit and I’m so confused. I have a deadline to make a decison which software to implement.
I want Assets managment, license managment, helpdesk, remote access support to users, purchasing, reporting, are just the few things i am looking for…..
