Where I’m working we are using some additional forms in outlook to create help desk tickets to hand out tasks in the office. There are only a few of us here so we don’t need anything too fancy. Anyway, we just switched to a hosted email solution with Kerio Mail Server. What we would like to do is switch over to a web based system for creating help tickets. We only have a few techs working on them and so far we create all of the tickets internally based on emails coming in from out customers. I suppose we would be willing to change that aspect depending on the solution. I’ve done some checking and most of the web based solutions seem to be a bit of overkill for what we’re looking to do. Really all we need is a simple way of creating and assigning help desk tickets and if possible for it to be web based. Any ideas? Thanks.
