HELP! HP LaserJet 4p malfunction

If I print more than one page,it all prints on 1 page. I have tried switching drivers, changing bios settings, reconfiguring port settings all to no avail. Is there a way to reset the printer memory? HP site is not much help. I am running win2k. The printer worked fine before my system crashed after I reloaded it has not worked right since.
