Help! I don’t HAVE a “Printer Management” tab under Administrative Tools.

Help! To solve a printer problem I have, other users have suggested that I go into the “printer management” tab under Administrative Tools.” But I don’t HAVE a “printer management” tab under the Administrative Tools in my Windows 10 Control Panel. There is no tab there that has the word “printer” or even “print” on it. So what is the current equivalent tab to the old “printer management” tab? I am trying to delete some phantom printers that are still showing on the Choose Printer page of my MS Office applications, even though those printers were deleted using the “Remove Device” function in the Control Panel.
