Help me Print Please!

I am able to print to LPT1 printers, but not to a network printer (HP LaserJet 4 with a JetDirect card) when in Terminal Server Client. We connect to the TS through RAS and MS VPN then to the Terminal Server location. All applications run fine. Both Client and server locations have private IP?s. RAS is running on NT 4.0, Terminal Server on 2000 (no domain). I?d love some advice and direction on this topic, especially sense I?m very new at this. Hopefully I gave enough details. Thanks, Diane
