Help moving Exchange 2003 std to new installation.

I am working with SBS/Exch 2003 that has been maintained by another person for many years. I have unmounted priv/public mailboxes that will mount. Dirty Shutdown. Cannot repair or recover. I know I have log issues.The .pst’s are on the desktops. There is no previous backups.
I am building a new server with a clean installation. What is the best route to take to get this mail running on the new server?
